VILLA
TENDENZA

The project of this villa started with the understanding of the client, his taste and needs. In an initial phase of the proposal, a mood board was made that reflects the feel of the project and suggests materials for cladding and flooring. In this case, the house involves a 25 meter pool that crosses the house and is permeable through the surrounding windows, the interior space of the house is thus visually transverse to the exterior and pool areas.

The planning of the living areas, as well as the distribution of the functional areas of the house, allowed to follow the technical, indirect and punctual lighting design of the house foreseeing all these situations.

Likewise, a careful selection of brands and models was presented in order to propose an integrated and coherent solution in all spaces.

The master suite allows a dip in the pool, this space of refinement and modernism with a masculine touch is undoubtedly one of the most important divisions along with the living room. With a choice of wood flooring and wooden bed headboard, the choice of furniture was made through the minimalist taste of the client, with light and youthful pieces.

The bed by Porro Shin, along with the minimalist bedside tables and hanging lamps by Buster & Punch brings to this environment a natural touch, constrained by the luxury of indirect lighting on the wall of the bed and by the black glass that divides the space of the house from -Bathroom integrated. In this closet and bathroom was the Axor faucet in polished red gold finish contrasting with a matte black ceramic piece.

The space of the living room in open space with the kitchen is clearly marked by the architecture of the ceilings in 3 different planes, this dynamic Heights divides the environments and creates different sensations. The open space of the kitchen was selected in a Siematic Pure model predominantly matte black, and contrasted with Ariostea Teckno Stone Light Grey ceramic flooring in 150x75 format. The wooden ceiling here creates a sense of warmth that balances the irreverent characteristics of the kitchen.

In the living room, the continuity of the kitchen appears through the MetalFire fireplace above that wall table that also creates a modern and cozy atmosphere here.
